Due to COVID-19, carriers (USPS & UPS) are experiencing increased delivery times + lags on tracking. If your order hasn’t moved in over a few days or is late, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for an update. Unfortunately, we will be unable to issue you a refund for the shipping fee.
COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS
While we are as committed as ever to being a part of healthy lifestyles, we also understand that we are in unprecedented times. We are doing our best to maintain our shipping schedules, but we anticipate there may be delays in order processing and shipping. Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, orders may take 3 to 7 days to receive. WE DO NOT SHIP WORLDWIDE.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2 business days or sooner depending on the volume of orders. Curved By Design Fashion Boutique processes all orders using the United States Postal Service USPS & UPS. Priority/Free Shipping orders are processed within 2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on the weekends, holidays will be processed the next business day.
PRIORITY & FREE SHIPPING PROCESSING TAKES 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS.
If ordering within the continental U.S, your order should be received within 3 to 7 business days. Once your order has left our store, we will then send out an email to you with your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours after the item has left, to track your package online with USPS.
UNVERIFIABLE ADDRESSES
Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail. Include apartment or suite Numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at curvedbydesign@gmail.com so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues as much as possible.
REFUSED PACKAGES
If your package is refused or returned from USPS, you're responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship the package. Curved By Design Fashion Boutique does not issue refunds nor reimburses shipping fees.
LOST PACKAGES
Curved By Design Fashion Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to USPS/UPS errors. Curved By Design Fashion Boutique does not issue refunds or replacements.
